From the minute you contact us to schedule a priority appointment all the way to finding the root cause of your dental emergency, our dentists will look for signs of concern, such as infection, inflammation, and/or exposed nerves.

Once our emergency dental team has identified the problem, our first line of action would be to minimize pain and/or stop the bleeding and discomfort. We administer in-office pain treatment and may also prescribe painkillers and antibiotics for at-home use to clear up the underlying cause of the dental emergency.

Some common and uncommon dental emergencies that we treat include:

• Knocked out tooth
• Chipped, fractured, or broken teeth
• Infection that may cause painful swelling in and around the mouth and may compromise a patient’s airway
